Stem Lab Adventures
Turn your Parow Centre shopping visit into a FREE STEM adventure for the kids. Keep the kids entertained over the school holidays. Spend R250 or more at Parow Centre and your child can enjoy the Parow Centre STEM School Holiday Workshop, absolutely FREE.

Blood Donation

Be remarkable and donate blood at Parow Centre! The Western Cape Blood Service in collaboration with Parow Centre is celebrating National Blood Donor Month. If you’ve ever wanted to donate blood, this month is the perfect opportunity. To become a blood donor you need to be 16-75 years old, weigh at least 50kg, be in good general health and lead a safe sexual lifestyle. Please refer to the event details.

Autism Awareness Drive
(8, 10 & 11 April 2026 from 09:00 – 17:00)
The Autism Care Foundation will be in-Centre raising awareness around autism and learning difficulties. Visit their table in the Pick n Pay Passage (opposite Xpresso Café) to learn more about their free screening services and the incredible work they do. You can also purchase a Blue Awareness Ribbon for just R5 and help support their cause.
Bunny Bakers Workshop
(27 & 28 March 2026 from 10:00 – 14:00)
Treat the kids to some Easter holiday fun at our Bunny Bakers Workshop. Spend R200 or more at any store in-Centre and let your little ones enjoy a hands-on cupcake decorating experience. Each child will receive a DIY cupcake kit with two vanilla cupcakes, icing, and simple instructions. Just show your till slip, collect a Bunny Bakers Pass, and let the decorating begin! Donate blood this month at Parow Centre. Join the Western Cape Blood Service (WCBS) on Wednesday, 10 December 2025 and Monday, 29 December 2025 from 10:00 – 15:00 at the Pick n Pay Passage, First Level near Xpresso Café.
Parow Centre Festive Market 2025
The Parow Centre Festive Market, held from 10 to 16 December 2025, brought the magic of the season to life with unique gifts from a selection of local vendors. Shoppers found the market on the Spur Centre Court on the Second Floor, where they also had the chance to get their memories captured by a talented caricature artist on selected days.
Black Friday shopping experience at Parow Centre
On Friday, 28 November 2025, Parow Centre offered exclusive deals and the chance to win free vouchers when spending at the Centre’s tenants. Shoppers took part in the Pop-a-Balloon and Win event with balloon displays and promoters throughout the Centre.
October Breast Cancer Awareness competition with Parow Centre
Parow Centre encouraged shoppers to take proactive steps toward their health throughout October. To enter, participants shared self-examination tips on their Facebook page, tagged friends, and spread the message of awareness. One lucky winner received an exclusive health hamper filled with amazing items from our Centre’s tenants.
Parow Centre in collaboration with CANSA
The CANSA Health Screening event took place on 17 October 2025, offering free blood pressure testing, blood glucose testing, and lifestyle counselling, alongside the Shav-a-thon & Spray-a-thon to raise cancer awareness in solidarity with cancer survivors.

The School Holiday Carnival for scholars took place on 11 & 12 July 2025, featuring a face painter, glitter tattoo artist, magician, and balloon modeller, offering a fun-filled in-Centre experience.
